The Northwestern University Information Technology department would like to solicit some feedback from anyone who has had experience working with Sophos Puremessage RBL functionality. Specifically, we are interested in your reactions to the auto-reply feature sent back to the ISP after Puremessage has determined that an email should be blocked due to the presence of the sender on the blocking list. In your experience, is this auto-reply functionality reliable and does a message reach the sender to inform them that the email messages never made it past the SMTP server to the intended recipients? Thanks for your feedback on this subject. Ron Blitz Technical Services Analyst NUIT-TSS-Consulting Services Northwestern University Office 847-467-5943
