Secure File Exchange

We met today at Educause in the Hot Topics format on Secure File Exchange.  The notes from the meeting,along with other 
materials, are posted to the Educause Program web site (just look up the session).  I also added the material to the 
Educause Wiki.  We need more examples of file exchange policies, sample contract language, good tool hints, etc.
