live.com is another name for Microsoft's Hotmail.com service (where
one can easily get throwaway email accounts):

live.com mail is handled by 5 mx1.hotmail.com.
live.com mail is handled by 5 mx2.hotmail.com.

Microsoft is using the branding "Live" on many of their online
services these days (Windows Live, Office Live).
