I think most of the answers are good starts, but now you have to convince every other school, various government entities (no we want you to use this system we are going to fund otherwise you will lose funding blah blah blah), IANA (do the .edu keys have to be shared with IANA to get signed with, etc), and some other items.. and that where the meetings come in. -- Stephen J Smoogen. -- BSD/GNU/Linux How far that little candle throws his beams!
