Please change the parameters of this listserv to reject HTML parts

I take this list, as all my lists in digest format. This list is the only list I take that allows non-plaintext message parts to be transmitted. The result impedes the flow of information (see below). No offense meant to anyone using, as we do here, Outlook/Word as your mail editor... This is a very easy setting for listserv software and would seem to have a HUGE benefit to sharing information. Won't Educause turn it on?
