I'm interested in this topic as well.  It would be great to pick a standard
format that's easily customized and scaled like Illustrator or Publisher,
rather than PDFs or JPGs.

Naturally, it would also be good to declare the items as Creative Commons,
or some similar license scheme.

Like a lot of you, I'm sure, I'm working on some fliers and educational
material for Security Awareness Month. Would anyone be interested in a
general public repository of these so that we're not all independently
