two factor support questions

G'Morning!

I have two questions to pose to the list:

If you use two-factor authentication at your University:

1. How many FOBs have you issued?
2. How many FTE do you estimate it takes to operate your two-factor
service (provisioning of FOBs, user support, etc)?
