Another option that is particularly good if you have demanding requirements for VT100 emulation and foreign character support as well as ssh support is Kermit 95 from Columbia University: http://www.columbiauniversity.org/kermit/k95.html They offer both a site licensed option and a shrinkwrapped retail version. I'm not sure it is under active development at this point, but if you live and die in a VT100 terminal emulation environment on a Windows PC, it's a pretty nice option IMO.
