Document/Message/File Classification

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good document/message/file classification solution? I've evaluated what Titus Labs has to offer 
and their products seem good, but I have to find an alternative. Some requirements are:

-          Enterprise class: scalable and centrally managed;

-          Enforces classification without allowing user to bypass;

-          Applies visual markings like headers and watermarks;

-          Can make use of Active Directory
