Constant Contact--Possible Issues

This may be slightly off-topic, but I am consulting with a national professional academic organization who is considering switching to Constant Contact as their mass email provider. I suspect this may be problematic because I know at least some universities routinely block Constant Contact-generated messages with some version of their spam filters. Could folks please reply to me (off-list would be best) whether your institution requires users to take any special steps (fix an IronPort setting, for example) in order to simply receive messages sent via Constant Contact. The question is not whether the messages can be unblocked, but whether ANY action is required by individual subscribers. Thanks, Geoff Nathan Geoffrey S.
