Cisco ASA to Checkpoint - Firewall rule migration

We are planning on migrating from a number of Cisco ASA Firewalls over
to a CheckPoint solution.  We tried a test scenario migrating the rules
& configuration using the "Check_Point_Confwiz tool", but it migrated
everything /except /the actually rule sets.  Anyone have any luck with
this process or ideas for moving forward?
