Interesting that they won't provide references.  We just implemented Alien Vault USM and so far it's been doing a great 
job.  It seems to provide for many of the same features.  The company also provides good support and assistance.

Daniel,

Not one reply.  The vendor won't provide references until we have chosen
the product.  They don't understand higher education and I have provided
them some perspective, but I still have no higher ed references.  I'm in a
bit of a quandary as to EventTracker.
