Hi folks,

Our College of Education and Social Services wants to use LiveText[1] to ease the gathering of portfolio data in 
service of their own accreditation. We've looked at the LiveText contract with an eye toward their security 
practices/provisions, and are about to enter into negotiations aimed at aligning those with our requirements. Has 
anyone out there already done so, and would you be willing to share info with UVM (off-list if necessary)?
