Risk management study

On the topic of risk management, my employer, The Open Group, in conjunction with the Society of Information Risk 
Analysts , is conducting a study on risk management practices. We are keen to have organizations from many different 
industries represented, including education. The study will provide a good snapshot of risk management practices in use 
across various industries, and different sized organizations in various geographies. If risk analysis/risk management
