Prepend [EXTERNAL] Discussion

Around the discussion of prepending an identifier such as [EXTERNAL] to emails originating outside the organization:

  *   Does anyone have the communication of this feature that was sent out to the organization notifying them of this 
new feature and its purpose that you can share?
  *   Would you whitelist services such as Constant Contact?
  *   Did you see an increase in submissions to SPAM inboxes for emails with this subject header that were false 
positives (the user not trusting any emails with the [EXTERNAL] header).
