Age<http://www.nacua.org/program-events/online-virtual-education/december-20-2017-webinar/home> on December 20 from

The webinar aims to review key areas and considerations in the technology-related matters most likely to come across
the higher education lawyer's desk as well as in the practice of higher education law itself. The webinar will cover:

  * The main ethical obligations related to technology as set forth in the Model Rules of Professional Conduct
  * Key legal considerations in common technology-related matters encountered today by college and university
attorneys, such as e-discovery, social media, email communications, and data security
  * Practical advice for assessing and complying with institutional obligations toward technology-related matters
  * Methods counsel may employ to mitigate the risk of legal, financial, and reputational harm to the institution
from an incident or failure involving technology
Kind regards,
Joanna
