G Suite Drive might be worth considering.

Subject: [SECURITY] Looking for Recommendations -- Secure file sharing app

I am looking for a file sharing app that have the following requirements:

  * Timed availability (e.g. file available for 7 days)
  *   Disable printing
  *   Disable screenshot
  * Access lists to be set via document owner
Files to be shared would be private, but not privileged.
Vendor responses accepted - please send to me offline.

Thanks for the help!
