Re: KnowBe4 Security & Awareness Training Feedback

We moved to KnowBe4 from SANS in March 2018. The feedback has been good from the community. The phishing campaigns
are easy to manage and provides a comparison of the results against various industries including higher ed. The
account rep and support has been great to work with over the past year.

We don't use KB4's LMS other than for testing training modules. Our training department will import the modules into
the campus LMS and have told me they are very easy to manage.

I looked into them. Great company. We recently opted to go with Wombat [Proofpoint] and it has been well received by
our end user community.

Hey There,

Are any other Universities currently a customer of KnowBe4? We are currently considering them for our ISAT content
provider but wanted to get feedback from an actual customer in Higher Ed. If you feel more comfortable messaging me
directly, I can be reached at j.gomez () snhu edu<mailto:j.gomez () snhu edu>.

Thanks In advance!
