Hi, All – EDUCAUSE has reached out to the U.S. Department of Education for more information about this, which we will 
share with the list as soon as we get it. In the meantime, the FSA Tech newsletter/listserv 
(https://www2.ed.gov/offices/OSFAP/services/fsatechsubscribe.html) might be worth a look:

“By subscribing to this listserv financial aid professionals can get answers to their technical questions about FSA's 
software or systems. They will also automatically get news flashes about processing and software issues.”

GDIT.com is the URL for General Dynamics IT, to which FSA has apparently outsourced the management of some of its 
systems and services, including the above-mentioned FSA Tech newsletter/listserv. The FSATech () GDIT 
com<mailto:FSATech () GDIT com> email address is listed at the bottom of the FSA page for FSA Tech as the email address 
for FSA’s IT customer service. - Jarret
