This was to be my first year to get to go, but I likely won’t be attending. The risk of spreading the virus upon return 
is my biggest concern. The news out of the Seattle area only gets worse with each day.

I plan to attend SPC and RIMM, wash my hands often, carry hand sanitizer, and shake fewer hands. At this stage, I don’t 
see the risk to my demographic to be much higher than the flu viruses floating around me every day on a college campus.

I am wondering if anyone else is concerned about attending the security professionals conference next month.  With 
everything going on in Washington state, I am more than a little nervous about taking unnecessary risks by traveling 
there.
