Good Morning, While this is still a work in progress (we are currently in process with another overhaul), InfoSec policies are part of our Campus Handbook. The links below should give you a sense of organization: https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/offices-divisions/administration-finance/management-services/campus-handbook/section-x-library-information-technology/ https://www.plattsburgh.edu/about/offices-divisions/administration-finance/management-services/campus-handbook/subject-index.html (look for "Information Security & Privacy") While our Management Services team did a great job creating the structure and process, it is still a challenge to keep it all up to date. -- JOHN BRADLEY (He, Him, His, Himself) Assistant CIO/ Associate Director of Computing Services 0217 Feinberg 101 Broad Street Plattsburgh, NY 12901 (o) 518-564-2435 <+1-518-564-2435> plattsburgh.edu <https://www.plattsburgh.edu/> [image: Facebook Logo] <https://www.facebook.com/sunyplattsburgh> [image: Twitter Logo] <https://twitter.com/sunyplattsburgh> [image: Instagram Logo] <https://www.instagram.com/sunyplattsburgh/> [image: Snapchat Logo] <https://www.snapchat.com/add/sunyplattsburgh> [image: LinkedIn Logo] <https://www.linkedin.com/school/suny-plattsburgh/> [image: SUNY Plattsburgh Logo] **This email message, including any attachments is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information. Evening, As our document count climbs, we’ve figured out that we’ll need something that scales better than when we had 20 documents. What do people use as a standard for document naming, numbering, and summation (one omni-document, many smaller documents, do you ever print them, etc.)? We use SharePoint, so if you also use SharePoint and have a good structure, I’d be interested in hearing about that as well. Robert W.
