Dear Colleagues, Please join several of your peers on December 3rd as we present the first of three planned Change Management and DevOps webinars. In this first event we titled “Session 101” the panelists will present the problem statement and share the current challenges that Change Management and DevOps are hoping to address. Attendees will be encouraged to interact with the panelists to collaborate on the narrative. Presenters will discuss their perspective on how to change the thinking of Change Management from a blocker to an enabler that supports business agility while minimizing risk and impact. Objectives: 1. Gain insight into various perspectives on how current challenges at institutions are stretching our change capacity 2. How to have meaningful conversations about Change Management objectives 3. Clear up the misconception that DevOps and Change Management are at odds 4.
