NetMeeting secure?

Apologies up front if this is not the appropriate mailing list for this concern. We are evaluating NetMeeting. I am interested in opinions pertaining to potential security concerns by allowing NetMeeting through your corporate firewall. For example: 1. NetMeeting uses UDP for audio and video. 2. NetMeeting data conferencing features require opening port 1503. 3. Internet Locator Server requires opening port 389. 4. The T.120 data conferencing standard NetMeeting is build around allows application sharing. 5. The H.323 video conferencing standard NetMeeting is build around uses a standard IP port to make a connection to a network. The H.323 control channel can spawn several auxiliary channels that use random IP ports, making it difficult for firewall security systems to detect and monitor H.323 traffic. Any suggestions/comments/alernatives would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -- Don Cox mailto:dcox () kodak com <><
