You have one that's comes standart with Linux (well, at least RedHat), it's
ipfwadm
Go on www.linux.org and research "masquerading" (it's the same thing as NAT).
And yes, it's free! :))  ipfwadm can do NAT and ip filtering.  It's quite
simple once you knoe how to write the rules and you can log everything, and
even have statistics (usage, etc...)
