Black Ice is not a firewall, it's a personal IDS system. (It can't filter 
outbound traffic, for example).

I thought this was a VPN product only? Is it actually a firewall?

Conceal Private Desktop and Conceal PC Firewall (www.signal9.com). I've 
tested both and quite like the PC Firewall. The desktop product is simpler 
but less flexible.
