I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV, but.....Best practice
is that you have each employee read and sign the policy statement.
Having that signature on file significantly reduces your liability
should you fire someone and they sue for wrongful termination. You 
also need to take visible steps to enforce the policy on an on-going
basis.
