I assume you mean _only_ at the edge and not at meaningful internal edges
such as national or department borders.

Supposing you had evidence of the LA office hacking the Miami office you'd
make sure suitable managers were aware of this and its implications. But if it's not in your job description to get advice acted on don't worry about it.
Managers ignore these things on any day they're not named in the newspapers
and with a little care you can be somewhere else before the fan gets really
dirty - finding somewhere _better_ is the hard bit.
