regrading packet classifier

Hi guys,
        I am running the linux 2.4.2 (debain), i had
configured the kernal setting the options for
filtering.I had installed IProute2 .

How do i filter the UDP data packets from UDP (Real
time voice or video)packets.
As i can classify TCP and UDP packets based on 
the command from using U32 classifier based on the
Protocol number by comparing IP with offset set by the
U32 classifier. 

Can any one help me out.
