IPV6 is gonna be like ISO protocols all over again: what if they gave a protocol and nobody came?
From what I'm understanding alot of the telcom are implementing it in
their cores...MCI, Sprint, Verizon, etc. Also, it seems to have quite a bit of support from Cisco and Microsoft so far...well, maybe MS doesn't count :) Seriously, I'm in the lucky position of designing a new core for a rather large entity using all new equipment and building it out in parallel to the existing...why not look into IPv6?
