I agree with you 100%. Unfortunately, I'm dealing with a gov't agency, and 
there are multiple political issues in breaking sub-agencies ability to send 
mail. we are in the process of getting them "on board" with the new SMTP 
policy, but until then, I need a way to "solve" the problem while the 
good-ole-boy-network works out the political issues.
