This is bound to happen. I assume that the rest of the traffic on the switch is 10/100 that is being spanned to the 10/100 sniffer port. If the switch supports it, you might try trunking the spanning data through 2 ports. The best solution would be if the switch had an expansion module, so you could add a gigabyte port to it. The appliance is more than capable of handling the data and unfortunately the shortage comes from the switch itself. Hope this was of some help.
