The windows network uses M$ Windows Proxy Svr 2 as an HTTP gateway.
Clients use the MS Windosock Proxy Client to authenticate with
Proxy server.
A mozilla(.org) based client can be configured like so :=20
=20
edit-preferences-advanced-proxies
Then put in your proxy information
=20
For other network services like NFS, SSH, FTP, Etc.
You SHOULD be able to use a socks app like dante
http://www.inet.no/dante/

Don't worry, Micro$oft has taken all steps to disable this in this
scenario. It looks as if they forcefully require M$ software
everywhere. I am still working on it. In the mean time I get my kicks
out of them commanding the usage of a discontinued product.

Say, someone know any DoS or other attacks for M$ Proxy Server 2.0?

Sure, in English. But if you pronounce the greek name correctly it's
got an e sound (not eeeee, but rather close to the french =E9) before
the l.
