IMHO - the first problem is:

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

WTF?  How is this list going to live up to its purpose if it's members
only?  Maybe this is an anti-spam measure?  I think this needs to be
revisited...

The Second Problem: <Godwin>This conversation about stifling members
of the "full" disclosure list is remeniscient of Nazi Germany. All you
fucking Nazis need to get a grip.</Godwin>

By even having this conversation, complaining about him/her, and conducting
this poll you are simply adding to the problem that you are trying to
fix in the first place. If you don't like flames and off-topic discussions,
 then don't fan the flames in the first place.

I've always found that it is the assholes like Harlan that kill a mailing
list much quicker then the noise from people like Wood.  There are several
lists that I just won't post to because of the assholes.

Some of his/her posts do suck; some of his/her posts are worth while.

At least it is making an effort.  No one should be moderated.  Use your
own mind, use your own judgment, use your own delete key. Isn't that
what it is really all about?
