Those pictures are shown as a slideshow in a hidden easter egg in
windows 98.

To activate this, you're supposed to click on certain spots in
the time zone window. Anyone remember windows 95, where the time zone
world map scrolled to highlight the spots you selected? Makes you wonder
if they disabled the scrolling just to be able to put in this easter egg
:)
