There's at least one piece of malware out there that tries to use the default
passwords for a number of accounts on an Outlook server to gain access to use it as a spam relay. The name escapes me, but a few minutes of googling should find it... Well of course there's no such thing as an "Outlook server" but are you saying that it's hard-coded to specific accounts on specific servers? Obviously it would be shut down quickly.
