But why would Winsford -- a town that initially developed because of
the salt mining industry -- hold rank with London and Seoul, two
cities with populations many, many times greater than its own?

Obviously a consipiracy! However, the UN mind-control group, in trying
to spread the false idea that spam is just an annoyance rather than an
insidious method of hypnotising the masses by controlling the rate at
which they hit the "delete" key, have made a mistake! Workers of the
world, grab your pitchforks and torches! It is clear that we must don
our tin-foil hats and march on Winsford to burn the black helicopters in
their hangers!

BTW, could it be that Winsford has one or more large POPs for consumer
broadband ISPs nearby? ;)
