Not for these flaws because they requiring scripting and ActiveX to be
turned on.  Outlook and other email readers now turn off this stuff.

I know of a half dozen flaws that allow remote code execution in 
InternetExplorer Web pages, but I'm too lazy to write them up.

And InternetExplorer also means anything that uses InternetExplorer For
rendering html like outlook
