There is a nice short story in the 10th of November issue of Nature.

(apparently free access, but nature's site has known to be
temperamental)

Gave me a new perspective on tech crime, nanotech, future it security
issues - "who the hell reprogrammed my alcool processors before I went
to that party!" - communicating things etc...
