        Whereas here in japan, we have phones for kids that will tell

        Given the cell nature of cellphones (as opposed to goat phones,

        I think believing anything that comes from any orifice or
appendage of
        a politician is just asking for trouble. Unless you are that
politician,
        in which case, the extra bit of sincerity helps...
