Lack of vision on the part of the marketing department.  With quantum cloning,
you should be able to clone the eavesdroppers, and put them in jail immediately.

Now *that* shows a lack of vision.  Make eavesdropping a capital offense,
and *then* clone the eavesdroppers.  Then use the clones to make Soylent Green....
