encouraged. We refer to it here as the "AOL profitability enhancement act."    (grin)

 If they REALLY wanted to make spammers miserable, they'd allow citizens and small companies to track 'em down and sue. 
But then, that's not what "CAN SPAM all you want" was all about. Can't wait to see what congress does with a "rootkit" 
act and whether 4 out of 5 dentists will prefer it.
