The US secret service has arrested two men over accusations that they sent massive quantities of spam emails to more
than 1.2m AOL subscribers. Todd Moeller (AKA Trill), of New Jersey, and his business partner Adam Vitale (AKA Batch1),
25, of Florida, were busted after agents used an informant to hire the duo to spamvertise a computer security product.

Mueller taped his "client" for $6,500 for IT equipment needed to facilitate the bulk mail operation. He also made an
agreement that would guarantee him $40,000, at minimum, or half the proceeds of sales of the security product, the
South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
