The author revision log is one thing of interest in Word documents. Here's
one example of a revision log becoming part of an international incident:

Subject: [funsec] Tracking Word documents

In earlier versions of Office, Word documents were tagged with a GUID - a
unique identifier that allowed one to track a word document back to a
specific machine. It appears to be removed from Word 2002 documents.
Does this ability to associate a document to a particular machine exist in
newer versions of Word? The authors are easy enough to track, but I need to
track to a specific machine, if possible.

Thanks,

Marc
