Labour Minister Mike de Jong is trying to downplay the significance of the
hacker attack, which appears to have been launched from the Netherlands.

Our poor old provincial government is in a world of IT hurt these days.  Check 
out http://www.canada.com/vancouversun/index.html about halfway down the 
page.  You'll see that they:

- sold recycled backup tapes without cleaning them off
- same for old Blackberrys
- had over a hundred computers stolen with confidential info on them
