Yep, it is everything but 'recent news'. "For example, they use multi 
anti-virus scanners to test new modifications of existing malicious 
programs against vendors' anti-virus databases prior to their release.". 
Yes, before the existence of jotti and virustotal, they didn't tested 
their malware against AV products to see if they were detected :)
