I love good news. Got any?

But to try and "even out" a bad situation with a modicum of
"good news" is not-so-good-news.

Unfortunately, the bad news keeps rolling in:

U.S. Deaths Confirmed By The DoD: 2437
Reported U.S. Deaths Pending DoD Confirmation: 8
Total 2445

Got any good news?

Many of the articles are presented in the Iraqi press as unbiased news
accounts written and reported by independent journalists. The stories
trumpet the work of U.S. and Iraqi troops, denounce insurgents and tout
U.S.-led efforts to rebuild the country.

Though the articles are basically factual, they present only one side of
events and omit information that might reflect poorly on the U.S. or
Iraqi governments, officials said.

The media just cannot let positive stuff just be positive.. That's my
main beef. The current media are exactly the opposite... Reporting all
the negative and omitting anything that could be construed as good news.
