OT: Anybody wanna review a dictionary?

At long last my glossary (now renamed the "Dictionary of Information Security")
has been taken up by an actual publisher, Syngress. I got the final cut of the
manuscript off yesterday.

(I could tell stories of the shenanigans surrounding the negotiations for the book,
but probably not in a public forum.)

Now comes the marketing bit. (Well, there's a bit of an editing bit, but that seems
to be mercifully brief with Syngress, although I'll believe that when I see it.)
Anyway, Syngress seems to be in a tearing hurry to publish: they are talking about
launching the actual book at a conference in June, for goodness sake! However,
they, like all publishers, want to have lots of nice quotes to stick on the cover.

So, oh my brothers and only friends, anyone willing to say really saccharin things
about my dictionary? Or, even more demanding, actually *read* it and *then*
say nice things about it? Contact amy () syngress com. You may have to prove
worthiness with a bit of a bio saying how important you are. I have no idea what
the process is: I rather suspect that she will want to send a quickie electronic
version to get a reaction, but you might subsequently actually get a print copy.

(Sorry if you think this is *too* off-topic and self-promotional: *I* think it's
funny :-)
