Hi,

It looks like Rush Limbaugh has been caught up in the enhanced homeland
security measures to protect our borders in the War on Terror. I personally
think the U.S. government needs to show a little more respect for Rush's
personal privacy.

Viagra threatens Limbaugh plea deal
Prescription was not in Limbaugh's name, authorities say

WEST PALM BEACH, Florida (AP) -- Rush Limbaugh could see a deal with
prosecutors in a long-running prescription fraud case collapse after
authorities found a bottle of Viagra in his bag at Palm Beach International
Airport. The prescription was not in his name.

Limbaugh was detained for more than three hours Monday at the airport after
returning from a vacation in the Dominican Republic.

...

Limbaugh's doctor had prescribed the Viagra, but it was "labeled as being
issued to the physician rather than Mr. Limbaugh for privacy purposes," Roy
Black, Limbaugh's attorney, said in a statement.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection examined the 55-year-old radio
commentator's luggage after his private plane landed at the airport, Miller
said.

Investigators confiscated the drugs, which treat erectile dysfunction.
Limbaugh was released without being charged.

Protecting Our Borders Against Terrorism

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the unified border agency within
the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

CBP "Twin Goals" - Anti-Terrorism and Facilitating Legitimate Trade and
Travel
"For the first time in our nation's history, one agency has the lone
responsibility of protecting our borders. As the single, unified border
agency, CBP's mission is vitally important to the protection of America and
the American people. CBP's priority mission is preventing terrorists and
terrorist weapons from entering the United States, while also facilitating
the flow of legitimate trade and travel," continued Commissioner Bonner.

CBP uses multiple strategies and employs the latest in technology to
accomplish its dual goals. CBP's initiatives are designed to protect the
homeland from acts of terrorism, and reduce the vulnerability to the threat
of terrorists through a multi-level inspection process.
