Subject: [privacy] CIA May Have Illegally Accessed Canadian
Bank Records

Via The Toronto Star.

[snip]

Canada's privacy commissioner is investigating whether U.S.
officials and the CIA were improperly given access to the
banking records of Canadians.

How about restating the subject line of your email to match the
article..

The CIA may have improperly been given access.......

You and the drive-by media....

geez.....

OK, how about this:

The CIA may have improperly been given access to the banking records
of Canadians by SWIFT while not authorized to do so.

CIA wasnt authorized to recieve the records and SWIFT wasnt authorized
to give them out.

Kind of a long headline...

sheesh...
