This sounds very similar to "Creatures" Docking Station  
<http://www.gamewaredevelopment.co.uk/creatures_index.php>. Relating to 
fun-sec, when you have creatures sent to your ship, they're placed in a 
containment chamber to quarantine them in case they are nasty.
